At Vivid Blossom Studio Inc., we are committed to providing exceptional photography, cultural artistry, and event entertainment. Because we reserve dedicated time, equipment, and artists specifically for your event, we have established the following cancellation and refund policies.
1. Retainers and Securing Your Booking
Non-Refundable Retainer: To secure your date and time, a 30% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking for all services (Photography, Videography, Henna, and Face Painting).
Balance Due: The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to the scheduled event or session.
2. Client Cancellations & Rescheduling
More than 14 Days' Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule more than 14 days before your event, your retainer can be transferred to a new date (subject to our availability) within 6 months of the original booking.
Less than 14 Days' Notice: Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will result in the forfeiture of the retainer. Rescheduling within this timeframe will require a new retainer.
Less than 48 Hours' Notice: Cancellations within 48 hours of the event are responsible for 100% of the total invoice, as we are unable to rebook that time slot on short notice.
3. Cancellations by Vivid Blossom Studio Inc.
In the highly unlikely event that Vivid Blossom Studio Inc. must cancel your booking due to severe illness, emergency, or acts of God:
We will make every effort to provide a qualified replacement artist/photographer from our Vlosome network.
If a replacement cannot be found, you will receive a 100% full refund, including your retainer.
4. Service Satisfaction & Completed Work
Digital Products & Photography: Due to the custom nature of digital photography, videography, and graphic design, we do not offer refunds once the final digital gallery or files have been delivered.
Live Artistry (Henna & Face Painting): Our artists use professional, skin-safe products. Because these are live experiences, no refunds are provided once the service has been rendered at the event.
5. How to Request a Change
All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@vividblossomstudio.com or through our official website contact form.
