Welcome to Vivid Blossom Studio Inc. By accessing our website (vividblossomstudio.com), booking our services, or applying to the Vlosome Marketplace, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Intellectual Property & Copyright

  • Photography & Videography: Vivid Blossom Studio Inc. retains the original copyright to all images and video footage captured by our team.

  • Client Usage Rights: Upon final payment, clients receive a license for personal, non-commercial use of their digital galleries. Images may not be altered, sold, or used for commercial gain without a separate commercial licensing agreement.

  • Commercial Branding: For commercial and branding shoots, usage rights will be explicitly outlined in your specific contract.

2. Vlosome Marketplace Vendors

  • Application Accuracy: Vendors applying to the Vlosome Marketplace agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information regarding their business and services.

  • Independent Contractors: Vendors on the Vlosome Marketplace operate as independent entities. Vivid Blossom Studio Inc. is not liable for the individual services, contracts, or disputes between marketplace vendors and their clients.

  • Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to approve, reject, or remove any vendor from the Vlosome Marketplace at our discretion to maintain the quality and safety of our community.

3. Live Event Artistry (Henna & Face Painting)

  • Client Responsibilities: The client is responsible for providing a safe, adequately lit, and sheltered environment for our artists.

  • Skin Sensitivities: We use high-quality, professional, and skin-safe products. However, it is the client’s responsibility to inform our artists of any known allergies prior to application. Vivid Blossom Studio Inc. is not liable for allergic reactions.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, Vivid Blossom Studio Inc. shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, our services, or acts of God (including severe weather) that prevent us from fulfilling a service. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

5. Governing Law

These terms and your use of our services are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
